Does anybody know how, or where I can edit the list of countries? I only want United States to be visible. How would I do that? Thanks!

admin - locations/taxes

be sure to back up your database in case you ever want to put back those zones

Actually, I've already been to the locations/taxes page. What I'm wondering is, is there a way to select all delete, and then re-enter only the US, instead of deleting countries one-by-one? Thanks.
