 Post subject: Adding a link onto a page help!

How can I add a link on any given page? For example, shopping_cart.php, I want to add a link just below the line "Continue Shopping". Is there a way to do this? Normally, I'd just do the html, but don't know where the html files are stored. I've gone into the ftp under catalog, but can't find anything but php files. Thanks

look for the file called shopping_cart.tpl.php
