I have a sfw video that I use on my site above the right column infoBoxes. I have added it to the main_page.tpl.php and it works fine. However, it also loads on every other page as well.

How can I code it so it only loads on the main page and not any other pages?

Question #2 is probably not CRE Loaded relevant but any suggestion would be appreciated... the swf does have a preloader included with a play button so it does not play until the user clicks on it. However the swf does load in the browser upon opening the site (just doesn't play). Is there a way to use a link or another swf for the purpose of calling the sfw manually by the user externally so the main swf does not load upon opening the browser... slowing down the opening of the site? I hope this makes sense.

It doesn't, you have the swf on main index page and then some painting image on the rest!!

Or am I looking at a totally different site..?

How do I write the last code to put in just a name with a link instead of an image such as:
