Editing META lead to entire solution not loading...?

I worked on Page Controls and Text Controls today and then realized that suddenly the whole solution won't load. The index page is fine, but anything within the catalog isn't loading. I don't get an error message; the browser reports that it's "Done" yet I have a white screen. Notably, I'm very concerned and would appreciate help quickly. Thanks!

did you add default tags?
if so, remove any characters/symbols

view the page source to see where the page breaks

I originally added default tags, and have tried to delete everything. The default description will not delete and the pages are still not loading.

includes/header_tags.php
includes/languages/english/header_tags.php
