I need to know how to accomplish the following...

We are in the cellular phone business and we offer phones as well as accessories. The accessory side of things is a no brainer for me... add the accessories, attach a price, and everything is ready for the customer to purchase.

However, phones are a little tricky. Because of the phone "plan" contracts we cannot sell the phones out right on the website, but rather will need to actually have some sort of "contact" with the customer in order to work out their specific plan for purchase.

What I need on the site is to list the phones (which I have no problem doing), but then need to be able to have to customer choose the phone they are interested in... click on it for purchase, but instead of being charged, their contact information would be sent to us (can cre loaded do this automatically?) - and we then would contact them to work out a plan for them.

Can this be done? Any ideas on how I could accomplish this?
