Hello all,

My e_Commerce shop now displays // JavaScript Document at the very bottom of every page on all browsers.

My customer has done something and cannot remember what he has done to make this appear - does anyone have any ideas as to where I should look to resolve this issue.

I would search catalog/templates/yourtemplatename/main_page.tpl.php for // JavaScript Document for starters. It seems that text if needed is not where it is supposed to be.

Any other ideas, If I look at the source code this statement appears at the very bottom underneath:-

You kind of answered your own question. Look for same as above in catalog/templates/yourtemplatename/footer.php, remove it or move it where it belongs.

Edit. After looking at the actual site that text may not be in the footer. You need to search the whole directory for that phrase to track it down. Also the links in the footer going to youtube, fb and myspace are not correct.

At long last I have found the error and fixed it.

For anyone who is interested, the error is caused by a script that links back to the cre loaded adserver, I found this by watching the status bar when the page loaded and noticed the error text only appeared after it tried to connect to the adserver.

To remove locate the file ..includes/javascript/cart_links.js.php and simply comment out all the code.
