I am trying to turn off or remove teh default Links from the Information box. I tried opening the page up from templates>>default>>boxes>>information_table and deleting anything that seemed to point to links but this didnt work.

Is there a way to disable Links Manager. I don't want links on my site.

The support team tells me you need to do the following:

Custom edit that information box via ftp and remove those links
and you can just delete the links.php file from root, thus no page to access.

Boy, my support team is soooo incredibly smart!
