Hi I got this interesting problem that I have never had before. I was updating some prices a couple of days ago when I noticed that the price I inputted into the adimn side was something like 12.6% lower than the prices listed on the public side.

I have not got b2b quantity pricing enabled, what is the problem?

btw i have a continuing problem of no being able to simply inputting a price without first ensuring that I remove the "old" price completely otherwise I will end up with 2 prices the old & the new prices, again very annoying.

i am using CRE Loaded v6.2 B2B with patch:13.2 (SP1)

any help please?

Disable QTY pricing it is enabled in 6.4.1 are you using any other mod to update the prices. you may see the QTY prices box when editing price.

Admin/Configuration/Product Info Page

change the
Product Qty Price Levels to 0
Show Price Breakdown Table to false

If you are using mod like Quick Price update etc, make sure to update the prices fields

Hi Thanks for that, I did have one of those changes in effect already (qty pricing disabled) & I changed the display to 0 as you suggested. but is did not work the price difference still exists.

You need to update the prices clearing the QTY prices to fix old prices problems.

Hi, my tech guy came up with a solution, the problem was a doubling upof the VAT for some reason. thanks for looking at the problem for me.
