This is the only place that I could think to post this question. Please forgive me if it's in the wrong spot.

I have a shop set up on CRE loaded 6.3.2

I don't know if this is a problem with the store, but my listings in the search engines have been missing their meta title (actually it uses a wrong title) and the meta description does not show at all.

I'm been asking about this issue in every forums from Google webmaster forum to many others and nobody seems to know what's going on. I thought I would ask here.

Has anybody seen this with their CRE store?

Any insight will really help.

And just so you know... yes, I do have a meta title and description in the site code. They are not missing there.

Are the tags relevant to the page itself?
Is it valid html?

Yes, they are 100% relevant. This site is about 6 months old and has been doing really well. Just three days ago, when I was checking my SERP to make sure I was still in first spot, I noticed that my Title and Description were gone.

My ranking is the same but that has been done. A day ago it came back for about 8 to 10 hours and then disappeared again.

I've been everywhere trying to find a solution and it seems that nobody has one. I've found other people with similar issues but the threads just die out with no real solution to speak of.

It's beyond strange and extremely frustrating and deflating.

look at Google webmaster tools and see what the diagnostics are

sounds to me like Google is updating/refreshing its cache

You haven't given any specifics to determine otherwise

I wish I could give some specifics, but I don't know what to say really.

When you look at the code, everything is there like you would expect.

When you click on the cache of the page in Google, it will show, but then a little later it won't show and the page will continually refresh like it's being redirected. It's really strange.

Are you using this meta tag for your wordpress? check your seo plug in again. Maybe it was not updated. Or maybe there is conflict with some javascript you have on that page? It sounds to me like Google doesn't like the sort of code you have on your pages and can't/doesnt index it? I'm surprised nobody in the google webmaster support forum could help you...then again things tend to get buried real quick over there.
