I`m assuming that the cre loaded main site is using cre loaded, I must say the account creation was horrible, had I had that in a shop I would have left, I`ve not set up my store yet, but is it any better when I do.

I also found the forum registration could have been a lot better, it rejected my first username, but did'nt tell me till the end, so I had to do it all over!!

you must try with an other name after some time.i hope your problem will be solve.

I don't why, but for me the account creation in order to buy the CRE loaded shop is really horrible, too.

Each time I click on the validation link in the email I get, I receive the error message:
"The email address or validation/activation code you entered is not valid"

Why? Thats exactly the link and password you just send me.
I really lose my confidence now in this shop system if it just won't let customers buy something ...?

Please advise.

Don't lose confidence, this software is really very good and works well compared to many others. if you have issues with the cre loaded validation, use the live chat and they will be glad to assist.

I started with OSCommerce, moved over to CRE6.2B2B and recently upgraded to 6.4B2B. I love the simplicity of its product entry. Hang in there it will work out. Some of the setup documents could more detailed but all in all a good program.

I'm setting up our 3rd site but the first in 6.4.
