I am currently configuring GZip and I was wondering what compression level is the best to use.

I have heard from 1 to 5
you about have to set, parse time (config-logging), test.. reset repeat

Hello, can you please explain me, what is this gzip compression good for? Can it speed up pages loading? How it works?

I couldn't find answer in documentation nor in this forum.
