I am using CRE Loaded 6.3.3 Pro and FDMS. When a customer purchases a download and then downloads the zip file, it is empty. On the server and in FDMS it shows the correct file size. Anyone know what could be causing this? I have tested this myself and run into the same problem. I tried deleting the tested zip file and then re-uploading with no luck.

Thanks,
Keith

Did you ever get this issue resolved? If so - how?

Thanks!

Hello,

Sorry for not replying sooner.

Do you have any kind of an SEO Mod installed? My problem was with the Power SEO URLs I use from Magnetic One. They changed a line of code in the includes/application_top.php for me and fixed it.

Thanks,
Keith

Keifer,

I thought I had this problem solved, but it has crept up again. I too have Magnetic1's Power SEO URL's installed.

Do you happen to know which line of code they changed in the includes/application_top.php file?

Thanks

Here is what they said they changed in my support ticket with them:

We have fixed the issue. We have replaced the following line:

Code:
require_once dirname(__FILE__) . '/../m1/seourls/seourls.parse.php';

with:

Code:
if ($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] !='/fdm_download_file.php') {
require_once dirname(__FILE__) . '/../m1/seourls/seourls.parse.php';
}

In the file: includes/application_top.php

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Keith
