 Post subject: USPS International Shipping only shows Priority Mail

I am using CRE Loaded Pro B2b 6.3.3 with USPS for my shipping. I have the International Shipping Methods selected as follows:

Exp Mail Int
Exp Mail Int Ft Env
Priority Mail Int
Prty Mail Int Ft Env
Prty Mail Int Ft Box

The only shipping method that will show in the Shipping Estimator for International orders is Priority Mail Int. How do I make the other rates show?
