MySQL error: 1146 - Table 'db283864621.TABLE_PRODUCTS_TO_PRODUCTS_EXTRA_FIELDS' doesn't exist

Here is the problem. The name of the database table that your script cannot find is defined in the following files for your creloaded installation:

admin/includes/database_tables.php
includes/database_tables.php

The default values are:

define('TABLE_PRODUCTS_TO_PRODUCTS_EXTRA_FIELDS', 'products_to_products_extra_fields');

This line is by default commented out in the files (has // in the begining) and I presume this is the problem in your case.

Manually edit the specified files and uncomment the corresponding line. This should solve the issue.
