On the 24th of July my site was migrated to the new server that I have hosted thru CRE hosting, up to the 23rd I was receiving all the proper emails for processing an order, but after migration Order Process and Extra Order Info emails were no longer reaching my att.net account, had to setup webmail accounts to get the information which is now working with minor inconviences.

ATT claims emails are not reaching their servers and CRE claims emails are leaving their servers. Where are these emails ending up? And why am I having all these problems right after the migration?

Thanks for your help in advance Sal

Bob

Due to the sensitivity of email issues, no staff member discusses email settings on the forums. Please send in an email or go to live chat or call and speak with Michael and he can assist you.

Thanks.

Yeah Sabrina is right,no staff member would like to speak on email issue, so you would have to call upon Micheal. He would definitely try to solve your problem.

Hello Bob,

I am assuming a few things here as more information is generally needed but from your explanation this is the most common issue that might cause the problem:

As it seems your domain name is added as local domain for the new server where you have your account migrated. Just have the server admins remove it from the list of local domains and it should be OK.
