While playing with the free version, I found that things like invoices and even the checkout page have the CRE Loaded references all over it. I would like to remove some of this.

Is this just a simple issue of getting a template, or will some of these notices still be present and require removal via code?

On the same page, is there a guide somewhere for creating your own templates. There is a specific layout I would like to achieve, and I can find some samples that are fairly close, but nothing really matches what I'm looking to do.
