 Post subject: Cannot edit shipping address

Hi there!

I'm using CRE 6.4 B2B. During checkout:

i) In the page to enter credit card info (I'm using Paypal WPP instead of CRESecure), customers can only edit their billing address. Is there a way for them to edit their shipping address too?

ii) In the order confirmation page, there's the "[edit]" link next to the shipping address. Once clicked, it redirects to the address book page. But once a new address is selected, customer is redirected back to the first page (i). And if customer clicks on continue back to the order confirmation, the shipping address is not changed.

Any idea what's causing the problem?

If using Paypal Express Checkout the address is set and sent by Paypal from customer profile, that might be the reason

Hey yoyoink,

I'm having this trouble too!

Under Admin > configuration > shipping/packaging

Can you see this in your configuration list: "Provide Free Shipping For Orders Made"?

If so, this has been verified by Kirk @ CRE Support as an addition to the cart software and is not supposed to be there. He suspects that it is causing the issue.

I have removed the entry from the database that displays the listing in "configuration > shipping/packaging" but it has no affect on the delivery address being editable.

If this isn't your issue, could you elaborate a little?

Any further help with this issue would be much appreciated
