I have 4 "random" products that appear every time you refresh your screen. How do I set what products I want to be seen?

it would depend on what module you are using.. the only one where you can select what displays.. featured products.. as a side infobox or mainpage module

Here is a screen capture of the boxes. How can I find the code which tells which products get displayed in these boxes? How can I choose which products I want to be displayed in these boxes as well as the other areas on the homepage? Can I change the "best seller" products to be products I want to be listed, not what products were sold?
