I just recently got this error message, can anyone help please:

How about some more info ? What version of 6.4 you are using 6.4.0 ? what. Also ce, pro or b2b ? Also what page do you see this on ?

your using the sitemap, correct?

goto admin>modules>add ons> FDMS and install, even if your not using it

It is cre loaded 6.4.1 b2b. Yes, the module add-on has been installed for a while, but only started giving these emails recently. Around the time I started getting the email problems, I tried giving urls suggested by this forum to google webmasters, had cre loaded support fix a password problem (which they installed a patch), and had edited create_account.php. thats about it...

Is this "critical error" a serious issue?? we are getting the message a lot.

I actually started to get the problem the same day support@creloaded.com made a change in the website. They said that they made a change to admin_account.php file in your admin/ folder.

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Also, is this a serious issue?

There are two different places where the fdms is switched on/off. Modules/Checkout Success and Modules/Add-Ons. I'd try UNINSTALLING the fdms module from each then REINSTALLING it like Kirk suggested. The process creates the tables. It hasn't got anything to do with admin_account.php.

Is it a serious issue getting critical error messages? Well, does the module work on the frontend - can customers successfully buy and get downloadables from you?
