It has always bothered me that there is no real threading for the order comments. An admin can send comments to the customer via the order, change the order status and such. If a customer responds to the email that was sent by the store when an admin inputs comments, that email just goes to the store email address, and never ends up attached to the order.

This seems like a pretty logical add-on. Are there any mods out there that do this? Any integration stories with other ticketing software like Kayako or something?
