After getting the following information in several pieces, I decided to post the steps it took me to move my site from it's original Domain to a new Domain. I hope this helps someone else.

My site is 6.4.1 Pro.

) Register - set up new Domain as normal.

) Copy all files and folders from old site to new site.

) Export the database from old site and Import it into new site via PHPMyAdmin.

) Find and edit the following two files.
admin/includes/configure.php
includes/configure.php
...Change the domain info and paths to reflect the new domain name.
...Edit the database name and log in info at the bottom of each.

) Contact CRE Loaded to either move the serial number or purchase a new serial number for the new site.

I am interesting in building a new site with the exact same products as the old site

Do you think the same method would work? (diff domain name etc)

I can change the store logo, privacy policy info etc separately but would sure save me manually adding 100s of products again

I just used the EPA Export to export all my products and then after creating the new site I imported them back in.

Wow that sounds easy - how do I learn to do that?
