Hello,

I have installed 3 contributions

However I have a small problem I cant seem to get them to look like the rest of my site

I am using the Helious Template & the 3 contributions that I have installed is using a combination of the Helius & Original Templates.

How can I fix this where it will load using the Helious Template only????

Check out to see what I mean

3. http://c-acollectiblegifts.com///catalog_products_with_images.php

Ok, these files obviously need to be modified to pull graphics etc from the template directory tree like, for example - your about me page.

Its a bit hard for me to tell what's going on with YOUR implementation of the contribution (rather than the OSC forum version). First, your URL's are rather gnarly. the threee ///'s kinda make it hard to figure where you are pulling the files from. But, what I think is going on is that you simply dropped the contributions display code (/god/only/knows/direct_buy.php) into the catalog directory tree unchanged.

Take a look at one of the files that does look Helious like - say - gv_faq.php - heres what you see.

Code:
<?php
/*
  $Id: gv_faq.php,v 1.1.1.1 2004/03/04 23:37:59 ccwjr Exp $

  osCommerce, Open Source E-Commerce Solutions
  http://www.oscommerce.com

  Copyright (c) 2002 - 2003 osCommerce

  Gift Voucher System v1.0
  Copyright (c) 2001, 2002 Ian C Wilson
  http://www.phesis.org

  Released under the GNU General Public License
*/

  require('includes/application_top.php');

  require(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $language . '/' . FILENAME_GV_FAQ);

  $breadcrumb->add(NAVBAR_TITLE);

  $content = CONTENT_GV_FAQ;

  require(DIR_WS_TEMPLATES . TEMPLATE_NAME . '/' . TEMPLATENAME_MAIN_PAGE);

  require(DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'application_bottom.php');

?>

More content in next message - trying to get past forum software limits.

Now, the Helious main page template (held in TEMPLATENAME_MAIN_PAGE - in your sites configuration) contains the code that makes each file that is displayed on the main page look like it should for a given template.

Code:
            <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
  <tr>
        <td width="300" height="112" background="<?php echo DIR_WS_TEMPLATES . TEMPLATE_NAME;?>/images/topbg2.gif"><a href="index.php"><img src="<?php echo DIR_WS_TEMPLATES . TEMPLATE_NAME;?>/images/logo.gif" border="0" alt="" width="400" height="112"></a></td>
        <td width="376" height="112" background="<?php echo DIR_WS_TEMPLATES . TEMPLATE_NAME;?>/images/logo2.gif" align="left">

See the way it changes where the graphics are drawn from based on the template directory structure?? This is where you need to change your files to make them template compliant.

I tried to display more code but this heinous forum software dislikes it.

More later after I've had a chance to look at more code.

David

Sorry - meant to get back to this sooner, and don't have time at the moment. Just a note to say I have NOT forgotten.
