For those of you who would like a good Live Support/Help Desk checkout LiveZilla.com. It is really easy to integrate into the CRELoaded Shopping cart. Feel free to contact me if you need help. I have found a lot of customers that need a good Live Support Module and this one works Great! It installs on your desktop/laptop and your server.
