I currently have FDMS installed and working for a number of static files (pdf's, zip files), which works great when the customer needs to download a file.

However, I'm also beginning to introduce more video files (and other multimedia) that I would like to keep hosted and then simply stream the content. These items are sellable products, and I'd like to have the same FDMS control features such as only allowing download after payment, download stats, etc.

For extra credit, I'd also like to make the streaming files available on a subscription/recurring payment basis. For example, when the subscription ends, access is denied.

Does anyone know of, or have experience with, using FDMS with streaming video/media files? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

This is something not out of the box ready, However I have put together an MP3 Player that took some work to get working properly, and still needs work. To better control the MP3 Player from the admin, in time that will happen,

You can check my website and see it in the MP3 player catagory, I know there is a video player that may be able to produce a sample of the streaming live sample you would like to sell, however it would be very custom, and would need to be edited on every page you need to display it.
