Problem
The store is receiving orders from countries to which the store owner does not want to sell and/or ship.
The store owner wishes to block such orders before they are submitted.
Solution
To block orders from a particular country, simply remove the unwanted country as an option in the Admin.
Blocking Orders by Country:
Remove all countries except "United States" (or wherever the store does want to do business) in
Admin > Locations/Taxes > Countries
Select the country and click Delete. Click Delete again to confirm your choice.
This effectively blocks all orders from deleted countries, because the shopper cannot add a country that's missing from the list into their shipping address. The store owner should also post a text warning about the boundaries of their store's selling/shipping policy on the site, and include it in the site's FAQ List.
